How many month before we start trying for a baby shall I start taking prenatal vitamins and folic acid?

I never took any before my first pregnancy, and I would like to hear some advice, what I should be doing. Thanks in advance :)

What is a VPN?

VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips).
