Why they hell to the united states travel department put Mexico and Lebanon on the danger list?

I know Mexico has crime but Cancun is much safer than Rio De Janerio. And Lebanon is a good country and they are claiming terrorism groups but it is safer than Brazil and hell even ******* greece. So why are they scaring us from Mexico and Lebanon because I think this is retarded. I feel safer in Mexico than Detroit in St. Louis. Went to those cities this year.
